Terms & Conditions
The agreement between you and Circle Lab when you access DrawPerfectCircle.com or use the browser game.
Effective July 18, 2026By using DrawPerfectCircle.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The Website is a free browser-based drawing challenge provided for entertainment and general informational purposes. You may use it for personal, non-commercial play as long as you follow these terms and applicable law.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Circle Lab (“Circle Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to DrawPerfectCircle.com, including the browser game, articles, and related pages (collectively, the “Website”).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
2. Eligibility and Minors
You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Website only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and guardians who permit a minor to use the Website are responsible for supervising that use and should review our Information for Parents.
3. Limited Permission to Use the Website
Subject to these Terms, Circle Lab grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable permission to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial entertainment and informational purposes.
This permission does not transfer ownership of the Website or any content, code, designs, scoring logic, brand features, or other intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Circle Lab and its licensors.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Website in violation of law or another person’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, hosting systems, source systems, or connected networks;
- interfere with security features, availability, performance, or another visitor’s use;
- introduce malware, harmful code, automated traffic, denial-of-service traffic, or abusive requests;
- scrape, crawl, index, or extract the Website using automated means in a way that creates unreasonable load or ignores technical restrictions, except for ordinary search-engine indexing;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive non-public source code or scoring logic except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use bots, scripts, developer tools, overlays, or automated drawing methods to misrepresent a score as a genuine freehand result;
- remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
- copy, sell, license, frame, mirror, or commercially exploit a material part of the Website without written permission; or
- falsely suggest that Circle Lab endorses you, your product, or another service.
Circle Lab may investigate suspected misuse and may block, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Website, visitors, or third parties.
5. Scores, Results, and Game Availability
Scores are generated by the Website’s current geometric scoring implementation. A score is an entertainment result, not a certified measurement, world record, professional ranking, medical assessment, or guarantee of artistic or motor ability.
Results may vary based on device, browser, screen size, input method, performance, stroke sampling, and future scoring changes. Scores from other games or earlier Website versions may not be directly comparable. Circle Lab may change scoring, controls, visuals, features, or availability at any time.
The browser game currently retains a best score only for the active page session. Clearing or refreshing the page may reset it. Circle Lab is not responsible for preserving scores or attempts.
6. Intellectual Property
The Website and its original software, text, layout, artwork, design, sound, scoring implementation, names, and brand elements are owned by Circle Lab or used under license and are protected by intellectual-property and other laws.
“Circle Lab,” the Circle Lab presentation, and related brand features may not be used in a way that creates confusion about ownership, affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
Feedback
If you voluntarily send ideas or feedback, you grant Circle Lab a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, adapt, and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation. Do not send confidential information or ideas you do not have the right to share.
Copyright concerns may be submitted under our DMCA & Copyright Policy.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Website may link to external websites, app stores, mobile apps, or services—including Google Play and Google Analytics. Third parties control their services and may apply separate terms, privacy practices, prices, advertising, permissions, or age ratings.
Links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily mean Circle Lab owns, operates, endorses, or is responsible for the linked service. You access third-party services at your own risk and should review their applicable terms and policies.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Circle Lab handles information related to the Website, including technical logs, communications, cookies, and Google Analytics. By using the Website, you acknowledge that policy.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Circle Lab disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and quiet enjoyment.
Circle Lab does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or free from harmful components; that defects will be corrected; or that scores, content, or results will be accurate or available.
The Website is not medical, ergonomic, therapeutic, educational, or professional advice. Stop using the game if drawing causes discomfort. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Circle Lab and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, use, or business opportunity, arising from or related to the Website.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Circle Lab’s total aggregate liability for claims arising from or related to the Website will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Circle Lab to use the Website during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Circle Lab and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses—including reasonable legal fees—arising from your unlawful or prohibited use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.
12. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Website at any time. Circle Lab may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to all or part of the Website without prior notice when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or enforcement of these Terms.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, governing law, and miscellaneous terms—will continue to apply.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live, you and Circle Lab agree that claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Website will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming, or the federal courts with jurisdiction over Casper, Wyoming, and each party consents to those courts’ jurisdiction and venue.
Before filing a claim, we encourage you to email [email protected] and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the concern informally.
14. Changes to the Website or Terms
Circle Lab may update the Website and these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice when appropriate. Your continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with policies expressly incorporated by reference, are the entire agreement between you and Circle Lab concerning the Website. If a provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Circle Lab’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. Circle Lab may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
