When to Expect a Reply
We aim to respond to ordinary support and business messages within five business days. Privacy, copyright, or other formal requests may take longer when verification or additional information is required.
If your message is time-sensitive, put the relevant deadline and topic in the subject line. Sending the same request repeatedly can make it harder to keep the conversation together.
What to Include
For game issues, include the device, browser, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot can help, but please remove personal or sensitive information before attaching it.
